Help by e-mail: If you’d like to communicate by email with an alcoholic who has solved the drinking problem, you can send us an e-mail via help@aa-netherlands.org or use the textbox below. Our response-time varies between right away and 10 hours. This of course subject to network conditions on the Internet.

To enable us to help you as good as we can briefly describe your current situation. You needn’t give us your name, address, phone number or other identifying information. Such information is never a requirement to get help from Alcoholics Anonymous. Nor is there ever a charge for our help. However, if you do use the textbox below, don't forget to mention your e-mail adress.

Help by telephone: If you want to talk someone personally and right away you can use the telephone number at the top of this page.

If you prefer to to talk someone in dutch you can call the dutch A.A. central helpline: 020 - 681 74 31 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). You could also visit the website of Anonieme Alcoholisten Nederland where you will find adresses and telephone numbers for all the dutch-spoken A.A. groups in The Netherlands.

Als u liever met iemand in het nederlands wilt praten, bel de nederlandse A.A. centraal hulplijn 020 - 681 74 31 (dag en nacht bereikbaar). U mag ook de website Anonieme Alcoholisten Nederland bezoeken om contact gegevens voor alle nederlandstalige A.A. groepen in nederland te vinden.
